The master B2IPME is offered at the University Bourgogne Franche-Comté, Dijon. It is co-habilitated with the engineering school AgroSup Dijon.

General objectives are to provide knowledge and practical training in the areas of biotechnology, genetics and  ecophysiology of plants, and of the interactions of plants with their environment across multiple scales from molecule to agro-ecosystems.

Courses are mainly in French, with some courses of the second year in English.
